you see, it’s kind of rounded at the edges. and the top part is a lot smoother than you would think. but i’m telling you, just put your hands on top of it and it’s probably the smoothest thing at least I have ever felt before. and i’ve been in the industry, how much would you say, thirty-three years. that’s about right. i’ve been here a long time. and again, i’m telling you, there’s nothing better than a smurfus on your ass when you’re having fucking pancakes to screw the whole damn thing up.

it is. sometimes. once in a while. not really. you’re naive. have you been to the city recently? it could be if i had more money. if i was taller. if i had a bigger apartment. a dog would be nice. i came here about fifteen years ago. i was supposed to be here for a few years. now i can’t leave. too many, you know, things i have here. rent. friends. it’s not that i can just get up and just go. next time around, i’ll go to med school.
