i think it was a few years after the wright brothers discovered flying that the ingenuity of this unique technology as members of the human brain collective was consumed whole heartedly by the oil companies. you can thank ford motors for that and any number of industries. if we keep talking within the same paradigm, and that is one of energy and consumption controlled buy these oil companies, there will never be a successful resolution. it is not hardwired within the paradigm for it to self destruct or allow its hosts to consider another reality. that’s why i took up flying. not flying in that oil producing kind of way or even with that wright brothers wind concept. this is about actually flying. without wind. without oil. without anything that you are even aware of. and it all begins here with this bike.

my name is gregory. the mta calls me 7217 and most of you know me as the bus. can you let some people know at disney know that i want my own show? a few days ago, some kid brought in a portable dvd player with lightening mcqueen on it. everyone knows you’re not supposed to play dvds out loud like that because it hurts my hypersensitive ears but he was maybe seven years old and i know the bus driver didn’t have the heart to tell him to put on some headphones and i didn’t feel like saying anything either. mcqueen has that sidekick mater and he’s kind of a doofus if you ask me. mcqueen needs someone like me, like gregory the bus.

you need dreams to keep you going, because when you’re waking up at five a.m. everyday to do pushups and situps and jump rope and then running outside when it’s thirty degrees out, you need an incentive. you need that ‘if’ to make you work just a little harder so when you do finally get that match to get you to the next level, you’re not going to fuck it up because someone out there was hungrier than you. i think some people are wrong when they say you only got one chance. you always have another chance. but if you fuck up your chance, you get used to fucking up. you come to accept it. and once that happens, the game is over.
